Hanergy America Solar Solutions Announces Acquisition of Solar Project in California
Hanergy America Solar Solutions (“Hanergy America”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 19Mwac solar photovoltaic development project. The solar project site is located on a 100+-acre parcel of land in Pittsburg, California, approximately 40 miles east of San Francisco. The long-term power purchase and interconnection agreements have been executed for the project, and the project is expected to achieve commercial operation in the fourth quarter of 2014.
Hanergy America was established under the parent company of Hanergy Holding Group Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hanergy Solar Group Limited to pursue the development and ownership of solar power plants in the Americas.
